Title: Corrections to Rights-of-Way Regulations 
Abstract: We plan to propose to make revisions to the Rights-of-Way (ROW) General Regulations to implement Public Law 101-475 by correcting the names of Congressional Committees we must notify upon receipt of an ROW application for an oil and gas pipeline 24 inches or more in diameter and again before granting ROW. Finally, the proposal would delete the 60-day waiting period after notification of our intent to grant ROW, because Congress repealed the waiting period.
