Title: Humane and Healthful Transport of Wild Mammals and Birds to the United States
Abstract: We published an advance notice of proposed rulemaking to ask the public for comments and input into the best process and spectrum of updates needed to amend the regulations that establish standards for the humane and healthful transport of wild birds and mammals. These regulations have not been amended in more than 10 years and are currently not in accordance with international requirements.
