Title: Importation, Exportation, and Transportation of Wildlife; Inspection Fees and Import/Export License Exemptions 
Abstract: We propose to change our user fees for the importation and exportation of wildlife and wildlife products by increasing these fees for the current time through 2012. We must adjust these fees every year to cover the increased cost of providing our services. Our publishing these increases in advance will enable importers and exporters to accurately predict the costs of importing and exporting wildlife and wildlife products for several years. We also propose to remove several exemptions from our import/export license requirements, including exemptions for businesses that import or export products from several mammal species that have been bred in captivity and exemptions for circuses that import or export wildlife.
