Title: Refuge-Specific Regulations for Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge
Abstract: We propose new regulations for the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge that pertain to existing general public use and recreation. These regulations would take effect in 2008 and would implement the provisions in the completed Comprehensive Conservation Plan. These regulations would also codify many existing regulations that have previously been in effect through the public notice provisions of 50 CFR 25.31 (brochures, signs, and maps). These regulations would create a new entry in the existing 50 CFR 26.34 under the State of Minnesota with references to Minnesota in the States of Illinois, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
