Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Designation of the San Clemente Island Distinct Population Segment of the Island Night Lizard and Delisting  
Abstract: We are proposing to designate the San Clemente Island population of the island night lizard as a distinct population segment (DPS) and remove that DPS from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife. This action is based on the results of the speciesÂ’ 5-year review.
