Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removal of the Gray Bat From the List of Endangered and Threatened Species
Abstract: We plan to propose to delist the gray bat, due to recovery. The information we have on the size and distribution of the gray bat population, together with an absence of limiting threats, indicates that the species no longer meets the definition of an endangered or threatened species under the Endangered Species Act.
