Abstract: Pursuant to a settlement agreement, we propose to revise the designation of critical habitat for Navarretia fossalis (spreading navarretia), a threatened plant which occurs in southern California (northwestern Los Angeles County and western Riverside County, south through coastal San Diego County) and northwestern Baja California, Mexico.
