Title: ●Listing Five Penguin Species
Abstract: We are conducting a status review of 5 penguin species to determine if listing is warranted. This action is in response to a public petition to list 12 species. This rule will evaluate penguin species: erect-crested penguin (Eudyptes sclateri), Fiordland crested penguin (Eudyptes pachyrhynchus), Humboldt penguin (Spheniscus humboldti), white-flippered penguin (Eudyptula albosignata), and yellow-eyed penguin (Megadyptes antipodes). (In related RIN 1018-AV73, we will evaluate 4 species, and in 1018-AV60 we will evaluate 1 species.)
