Title: Golden Gate National Recreation Area--Special Regulations
Abstract: This rule would ensure continued protection of special status species in Golden Gate National Recreation Area by regularizing recently adopted emergency regulatory provisions to require all pets to be on leash in designated portions of Crissy Field and Ocean Beach for protection of the Western Snowy Plover. While the areas listed in this proposed rule have been previously restricted or closed to pets and, in some cases, park visitors, those closures and restrictions were not published as rules.
