Title: Big Cypress National Preserve--Off-Road Vehicle Use | |
Abstract: This rule would implement the 2000 Final Recreational Vehicle Off-Road Vehicle Management Plan and Record of Decision for the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement. Rulemaking is necessary to comply with 16 U.S.C. 698, several Executive Orders, and 36 CFR 4.10(b). This rule will designate trails where off-road vehicles may be used within the preserve. | |
