| Abstract: The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians has asked that the regulations in part 75 be removed because the Federal Government is not involved in the tribe's enrollment process. The enrollment applications are filed with the Tribal Enrollment Office, the Tribal Enrollment Committee determines an applicant's eligibility, and the Tribal Council decides any appeals concerning adverse determinations made by the Tribal Enrollment Committee. | |
