| Abstract: The Secretary of the Interior is responsible for reviewing tribal plans for allocating revenues from gaming activities. The Secretary must determine whether each proposed allocation plan is sufficient to promote tribal economic development and fund essential tribal programs, benefits, and services. BIA plans to revise the regulations in part 290 to include additional criteria to assist the Secretary making this determination. | |
