Title: Tribal Reorganization Under Federal Statute 
Abstract: This rule prescribes the manner in which Secretarial elections are called and conducted under the Secretary’s general authority in Indian Affairs. Secretarial elections are held by for Indian tribes to reorganize the tribe, adopt and amend constitutions, ratify and amend charters of incorporation, and revoke constitutions.
