Title: Procedures for Contracting Under the Buy Indian Act 
Abstract: This rule implements the Buy Indian Act, which provides BIA with authority to set aside procurement contracts for Indian-owned businesses. The rule is a supplement to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of the Interior Acquisition Regulation (DIAR).
