Abstract: This rule was proposed as part of the Indian Trust Management Reform rule on August 8, 2006. This rule relates to conveyances of trust or restricted interests and removal of trust or restricted status. Revisions to the rule implement provisions of the American Indian Probate Reform Act of 2004 (AIPRA) amendments to the Indian Land Consolidation Act.
