Title: ●Homeliving Programs; Amendments to Training Deadlines | |
Abstract: The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is amending its Homeliving Programs rule to change to a later date the deadlines by which homeliving staff must meet training requirements. This amendment also makes one uniform deadline applicable to all homeliving staff. The Homeliving Programs rule being amended relates to implementation of homeliving programs administered under the BIE-funded school system, as required by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. | |
