Title: List of Pro Bono Legal Service Providers
Abstract: The rule changes the name of the List of Free Legal Services Providers to the List of Pro Bono Legal Service Providers for proceedings before the immigration judges and the Board of Immigration Appeals. This rule also amends 8 CFR part 1003 by enhancing the requirements for organizations and private attorneys to be included on the List of Pro Bono Legal Services Providers.
