Abstract: The Department of Justice is amending the regulations of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in title 27, chapter II, to provide clarity and uniformity throughout these regulations. These amendments do not make any substantive changes and are only intended to improve the clarity of title 27, chapter II.
