Title: Documentation of Nonimmigrants Under the Immigration and Nationality Act, as Amended: Irish Peace Process Cultural and Training Program, Q Classification
Abstract: This rule amends the Department's regulations pertaining to the Irish Peace Process Cultural and Training Program (IPPCTP). The 2004 legislation that extended the program amended some of the qualifications to participate in the program as a Q-2 visa holder. These changes include minimum age, employment status, and maximum amount of time allowed in the program. It also imposed a 2-year foreign residence requirement on Q-2 participants as well as a waiver process for said requirement.
