Title: Disclosure of Return Information to the Bureau of the Census 
Abstract: This Notice of Proposed Rulemaking amending the section 6103(j)(1)(A) regulation relates to an addition to the list of items of return information disclosed to the Bureau of the Census (Bureau). The proposed regulations add one item of return information for use in producing the BureauÂ’s annual Survey of Industrial Research and Development.
