Title: Rehabilitation Training
Abstract: The Department proposes to amend 34 CFR 385.40 to remove the requirement that an applicant include members of minority groups on all project advisory committees. The notice of proposed rulemaking also would add a requirement that an applicant include individuals who are knowledgeable about the special needs of individuals with disabilities from diverse groups, including minority groups.
