Abstract: The Commission affirms its basis determinations in Order No. 710, grants in part and denies in part rehearing and grant clarification regarding certain revisions to its forms and reporting requirements for natural gas pipelines. The Commission amended its regulations regarding financial forms, statements, and reports for natural gas companies, contained in the FERC Form Nos. 2, 2-A, and 3-Q and eliminated FERC Form No. 11. (Docket No. RM07-9-000)
