Abstract: The Commission amends it regulations for gaining access to CEII to modify non-disclosure agreements; modify the process to allow the CEII Coordinator to respond to CEII requests by letter; provide landowners access to alignment sheets for the routes across or in the vicinity of their properties; include a fee provision; limit the portions of forms and reports defined as CEII; eliminate the Non-Internet Public designation for documents; provide that the Commission will seek a requester's date and place of birth on a case-by-case basis rather than with every CEII request; and eliminate the request for Social Security Numbers.
