Abstract: The Commission issued a Supplemental Policy Statement to provide guidance regarding future implementation of the Commission's corporate review authority under section 203 of the Federal Power Act and to adopt policies and provide clarifications intended to continue the encouragement of beneficial utility industry investment while also providing for effective customer protections, including working in a complementary fashion with the states in protecting customers. (Docket No. PL07-1-000).
