Abstract: The Commission issued a policy statement that adopts administrative policy on Commission review of notices of penalty for violation of Reliability Standards and modifies Order No. 672 to provide that any settlement of an alleged violation of a Reliability Standard filed by the ERO will be subject to Commission review. (Docket Nos. AD08-6-000 and RM05-30-000).
