Title: ●Test Procedures for Metal Halide Ballasts 
Abstract: The Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 establishes standards for metal halide lamp ballasts and requires test procedures based on ANSI C82.6-2005 effective January 1, 2009. In this rulemaking, the Department of Energy is establishing these test procedures for the metal halide lamp ballasts.
