Title: ●Investment Policy Required for Qualified Defined Benefit Pension Plans
Abstract: This rule requires that DOE contractors who sponsor defined benefit pension plans (plans reporting under the Department Statement of Financial Accounting Standards number 87) maintain written Investment Policies. The contractor must provide the Contracting Officer with a copy of the Investment Policy and perform annual self-assessments of plan management and investment performance.
