Title: Toxic Chemical Release Reporting Using Revised 2007 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes
Abstract: With this action, EPA is proposing updates to the list of TRI-covered North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes based on the OMB 2007 NAICS revision. In addition, EPA is also proposing to make minor corrections to the list of North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes subject to reporting under the Toxics Release Inventory. These corrections stem from minor omissions to the final list of covered TRI NAICS codes from the final rule adopting NAICS for TRI, which was published on June 6, 2006.
