Title: Incorporation of Class Deviations Into EPAAR
Abstract: The Agency has approved a number of class deviations (e.g., changes to reporting requirements and monthly progress reports) to the EPAAR since its promulgation in April 1994. This proposed rule was meant to incorporate most of the class deviations to the EPAAR. The Agency decided the rule was unnecessary as the Federal Acquisition Regulation allows us to maintain class deviations without incorporating them into the our EPA Acquisition Regulation.
