Title: Effluent Guidelines and Standards: Recodification of Various Effluent Guidelines 
Abstract: Several years ago, EPA listed this action in the Semiannual Regulatory Agenda with the intention of streamlining the CFR format of effluent limitations and standards for one point source category without making any substantive changes in the requirements. Given the higher priority of other actions, EPA is no longer working on this non-substantive revision and thus, removed it from the Regulatory Agenda.
