Title: ●Oil Pollution Prevention; Non-Transportation-Related Onshore Facilities Compliance Dates
Abstract: EPA is proposing to amend the dates by which facilities must prepare or amend Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and implement those Plans. The Agency is also proposing to establish new dates for farms to prepare or amend Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC Plans), and implement those Plans. EPA had delayed establishing compliance dates for farms pending revisions to the SPCC rule that would specifically address this sector.
