Title: NESHAP: Organic Liquid Distribution (Non-Gasoline); Amendments 
Abstract: The Organic Liquid Distribution (Non-Gasoline) NESHAP was promulgated on February 3, 2004, and amended on July 28, 2006. Under this action, a direct final rule was published on April 23, 2008, to clarify compliance requirements and correct typographical errors in the amendments. The comment period closed June 9, 2008. We have received adverse comments on two of the amendments. On July 17, 2008, we published a withdrawal of the two amendments we received adverse comments and issued final amendments considering the adverse comments.
