Title: Department of Transportation Implementation of OMB Guidance on Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension
Abstract: This rulemaking would implement OMB initiatives to streamline and consolidate all Federal regulations on nonprocurement debarment and suspension into one part of the Code of Federal Regulations. In addition, this rulemaking would remove 49 CFR part 29, regulations that reflect the Department's implementation of the Governmentwide common rule on nonprocurement debarment and suspension.
