Title: Credit Assistance for Surface Transportation Projects
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) rule to implement recent statutory changes and incorporate certain other changes that the DOT believes will improve the efficiency of the program and its usefulness to borrowers. This rulemaking would also extend applicability of the rule to the Maritime Administration.
