Title: Instrument Flight Rules 
Abstract: This is a nonsignificant body of regulations that prescribes altitudes governing the operation of aircraft under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) on Air Traffic System (ATS) routes or other direct routes that have a designated Minimum Enroute Altitude (MEA). In addition, it designates mountainous areas and changeover points as they relate to route altitudes. These regulations are an established body of technical requirements that are issued routinely and frequently to maintain operational efficiency. Total actions expected-270. 10/00/2008 to 10/00/2009.
