Title: Revision of Hearing Procedures (FR-5084) 
Abstract: This rule would amend the hearing procedures applicable to matters brought by HUD before hearing officers or before Administrative Law Judges (pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act) to reflect current practice and to conform more closely with statutory requirements and amendments being made simultaneously to 24 CFR parts 25 and 28.
