Title: Lender Insurance--Indemnification for Failure To Submit Case Binders (FR-5156) 
Abstract: This rule would revise HUD’s single-family mortgage insurance regulations to require that lenders indemnify HUD for failure to submit a case binder when requested or for failure to submit a case binder with sufficient documentation to determine eligibility of Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage insurance.
