Title: Partially-Assisted and Small Projects (FR-5164)
Abstract: HUD's current regulations restrict Partially-Assisted and Small Project assistance programs to non-elderly families. Changes in 25 CFR 880.201, 881.201, and 883.302, Partially-Assisted and Small Project regulations, would enable the Department to provide affordable housing to elderly families, which were previously excluded. Lifting the present restrictions will bring the Department closer to its goal of providing affordable housing for all low-income families.
