Abstract: This proposed rule would eliminate the requirement in authorized agent transactions for the loan to close in the name of the principal mortgagee. This proposed rule would align FHA practice with that of the conventional lending industry and would allow loans to close in the name of either the principal or the agent mortgagee. | |
