Title: ●Housing Trust Fund Program (FR-5246) 
Abstract: The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 requires the Secretary to establish a distribution formula of funds to States within 12 months of enactment of the legislation based on the factors contained in the legislation. The statue further requires that the Secretary establish the rules and procedures by which the State will implement the program, including eligible uses, income targeting and eligible recipients.
