Title: Schedule for Rating Disabilities; Evaluation of Multiple Scars 
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending that portion of VA's Schedule for Rating Disabilities (38 CFR part 4) by revising section 4.118, that portion of the Schedule that addresses scars. It would clarify the method of evaluating burn scars, multiple superficial scars, and deep scars and provide directions that would promote consistent evaluations for all types of scars.
