Title: Disclosure of Information to Procurement Organizations 
Abstract: This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations to implement certain provisions of the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006. The regulatory changes will allow VA to honor veterans' wishes to be an organ donor by providing authority for VA to provide procurement organizations (organ procurement, eye banks, and tissue banks) with VA medical records of such veterans to determine their suitability for donation under a VA-approved agreement.
