Title: Definition of Service in the Republic of Vietnam 
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its adjudication regulations regarding the definition of service in the Republic of Vietnam. We propose to state that service in the Republic of Vietnam for the purposes of applying the presumption of exposure to herbicide agents includes service on land and on inland waterways in Vietnam. The amendments will clarify existing regulatory provisions.
