Title: Schedule for Rating Disabilities; Evaluation of Residuals of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) 
Abstract: This document amends the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Schedule for Rating Disabilities (38 CFR part 4) by revising that portion of the Schedule that addresses Neurological Conditions and Convulsive Disorders (sec. 4.124a) in order to provide detailed and updated criteria for evaluating Residuals of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) under diagnostic code 8045.
