Title: Loan Guaranty: Assistance to Certain Disabled Veterans in Acquiring Specially Adapted Housing 
Abstract: This document proposes to amend the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA’s) loan guaranty regulations concerning assistance to certain disabled veterans in acquiring specially adapted housing. These proposed changes would improve the readability of the regulations, provide further detail about program policies, and incorporate recent legislation and the provisions of legal decisions of the VA Office of General Counsel. The intended effect of this revision is to improve clarity to the reader and to reflect the intent of the governing statute and the policies of the program.
