Title: ●Herbicide Exposure and Korean Conflict Veterans 
Abstract: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to amend its adjudication regulations to incorporate relevant provisions from the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003. Specifically, this document amends VA’s adjudication regulations regarding herbicide exposure for certain Korean conflict veterans serving in or near the Demilitarized Zone and spina bifida in children of certain Korean conflict veterans serving in or near the Demilitarized Zone. The amendments are the result of changes in statute.
