Abstract: Section 102(a) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA), Public Law 110-314, 122 Stat. 3016 (August 14, 2008), requires the Commission to publish requirements for the accreditation of third party conformity assessment bodies (laboratories) to assess conformity with the standards for full-cribs, non full-size cribs, and pacifiers by October 13, 2008.
