Abstract: Section 102(a) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA), Public Law 110-314, 122 Stat. 3016 (August 14, 2008), requires the Commission to publish requirements for the accreditation of third party conformity assessment bodies (laboratories) to assess conformity with current children's product safety rules by June 14, 2009.
