Abstract: The General Services Administration proposes a revision to convert FPMR 101-8.7 to plain language and move it into the Federal Management Regulation. The rule enforces the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, which prohibits discrimination based on age in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance.
