Abstract: Pursuant to OMB guidance, the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) anticipates removing the IMLS debarment and suspension (nonprocurement) sections from the IMLS regulations at 45 CFR 1185 and moving them to a debarment and suspension (nonprocurement) section of 2 CFR.
